Christmas Journal Organizer

I made this planner last year and never did post it because I could not remember where I got the idea from.  I had looked in all my saved things and tutorials and could not find it.  One day this week I got an email from one of my favorite blogs Two Crazy Crafters, talking about a planner she had started for this year, a light bulb went off.
